On January 08, 2026, at 8:53 PM PST, Autodesk identified an issue in which customers were unable to create new cases and not able to view the existing cases in the Autodesk account. As a workaround, new cases could be created via Autodesk Assistant. The issue was resolved on January 08, 2026, at 9:47 PM PST, after which the Autodesk Account returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification, as the issue was not displayed on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at the time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
