Between September 30, 2024, at 09:29 PM PDT and October 1, 2024, at 12:27 AM PDT, Autodesk customers were experiencing intermittent access when attempting to create, schedule, and check the status of jobs on Design Automation.

Root Cause

  • It was determined that the issue was due to multiple status requests for submitted jobs, which led to backend API inconsistencies.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Monitoring improvements
  • Review of incident trigger and corresponding long-term actions
