Between March 18, 2025 at 11:00 PM PDT and March 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using the online gallery of Cloud Rendering in Revit.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a change to an authentication configuration setting in a recent deployment that prevented customers from loading the online gallery of Cloud Rendering in Revit after selecting the Render Gallery button.
  • The change was rolled back and services returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements in testing and monitoring to mitigate issues in the future.
