On July 9, 2024, between 06:00 AM PDT and 10:16 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers in the European Union region, which caused intermittent latency in accessing Autodesk Products and Services.

Root Cause
Autodesk has worked with our third-party service providers to determine the associated causes for the incident and if architecture changes may be required.
Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:
- Capture additional network logging in our API gateway layers.
- Review health monitoring solutions to capture incidents outside Autodesk’s cloud services network boundary.
- Review a dedicated network solution between Autodesk’s different cloud providers.
