Summary
On May 07,2025 between 1:11 PM PDT and 1:55 PM PDT, Autodesk had a service outage that impacted customers using BuildingConnected. Users were unable to log in to BuildingConnected, and users active in the application at the time of the event may have received a “No Healthy Upstream” error and lost their connection.

Impacted Services

  • BuildingConnected

Root Cause

  • A maintenance change was released, after which the application went into a cycle of restarting, shutting down and restarting.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • A correction to the health checks that evaluate whether a shutdown and restart is required.
