Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by an empty username field in the user profile API which affected services using this data.
  • A fix was deployed and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement API updates to mitigate the issue from reoccurring in the future.
