Summary
On May 19, 2025, between the hours of 12:15 AM PDT and 02:15 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service disruption that impacted customers’ using the Content Catalog Upload feature in the US and Australia region.

Impacted Services

  • Autodesk Docs - Content Catalog

Root Cause

  • A defect in a code deployment caused the upload process to fail.
  • Upon identifying the issue, team rolled back the most recent deployment and restored Content Catalog to the last stable version.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improvements to the deployment process.
  • Improvements to test automation coverage for the Upload feature.
  • Onboard Content Catalog to the Autodesk Health Dashboard.

Update

We are investigating an issue where customers are unable to upload files to Autodesk Content Catalog in the US and Australia regions. There is no impact to Autodesk Business Systems - Other Business Systems. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
