Incident Report for Autodesk Health Dashboard

Resolved

On April 17th, 2026, at 12:47 PM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where subset of customers were unable to reach Autodesk Support via chat. As a workaround customers were able to connect via calls and emails. Once the issue was resolved on April 20th, 2026, at 09:00 PM PDT, Autodesk Assistant returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
