We are continuing to investigate an issue with Autodesk Assistant’s chat feature where customers are experiencing delays in receiving support for installation or licensing-related queries. As a workaround, customers can create a support case or use the Schedule a Call feature. We are actively looking into this and will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if more information becomes available.
