Resolved

On May 4, 2026 at 01:04 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access Autodesk.com. Once the issue was resolved on May 4, 2026 at 10:40 AM PDT, Autodesk.com returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
