Resolved

On March 12, 2025, at 09:16 AM PDT, Autodesk identified a service disruption with the Autodesk Online Store and Autodesk Account. The issue was resolved on March 12, 2025, at 09:25 AM PDT, and all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification, as the issue did not appear on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at the time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
