Summary
Between October 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT and October 2, 2025 at 10:42 AM PDT, Autodesk customers were unable to view the activity logs (including project creation, member additions, company creation, and other similar logs) in BIM 360 Account Administration in the US and European Union regions.

Impacted Services

  • BIM 360 Account Administration (US and European Union regions)

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by an upgrade that changed the format of activity log data. The user interface was unable to handle the change in format, resulting in empty rows to display for account activities.
  • The upgrade was rolled back, and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement additional test coverage for the activity log page to mitigate the issue from reoccurring in the future.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where customers are experiencing an issue where no activity logs being displayed on the Admin Activity page in BIM 360 Account Administration. We are actively looking into this and will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
