On December 12, 2024, at 07:13 PM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to process annual renewals for multiple AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) collections. Once the issue was resolved on December 13, 2024, at 09:37 AM PST, annual AEC renewals returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
