Summary

On September 24, 2025 between 1:55 AM PDT and 2:37 AM PDT, Autodesk customers using Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models were unable to open, Sync with Central, or borrow and relinquish elements from models in the European Union region.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a service update that inadvertently resulted in increased latency and error rates in servers in the European Union region, which degraded worksharing workflows.
  • The update was rolled back and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement testing improvements for identified sources of increased server latency and error rates to mitigate the issue from reoccurring in the future.
