Summary
Between October 29, 2024, 1:01PM PST and October 30, 2024, at 07:41AM PST, Autodesk experienced an issue where customers using TradeTapp could not change the qualification status of expired vendor profiles.

Impacted Services

  • Users could not update the qualification status of vendor profiles who had an expired qualification status.

Root Cause

  • Issues in the form control related to time zone formatting caused a memory error.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be
taken. These include the following:

  • Implement a standardized time zone formatting for TradeTapp
  • Implement additional tracking and identification of errors and alerts for the qualification status
  • Expand automation test coverage
