Summary
On April 17, 2025, between 02:22 PM PDT and 04:16 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service outage which resulted in customers being unable to access the BIM 360 Field. Mobile client experienced API request errors when syncing data with the Field web service.

The issue occurred due to an unusually high volume of deletion requests. Requests were delayed, causing the service to become unresponsive.
