On June 20, 2025 at 9:21 AM PDT Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to download and add new parameters in Revit models within Autodesk Parameters Service. Once the issue was resolved on June 23, 2025 at 9:29 AM PDT, Autodesk Parameters Service returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
