Summary
On May 15, 2025, between 6:30 AM PDT and 9:30 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service disruption resulting in customers being unable to download new data to the ACC mobile app.

Root Cause

  • The issue was triggered by an unexpected surge in mobile traffic. The autoscaling system was not properly configured, leading to delays and timeouts in supporting the data synchronization calls.

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Strengthen event monitoring to expedite response times.
