On November 20, 2024 at 5:45 AM PST Autodesk identified an issue where some customers were having difficulty accessing Vault Gateway. Once the issue was resolved on November 20, 2024 at 7:20 AM PST Vault Gateway returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
