  • A recent code deployment inadvertently caused customers to experience intermittent issues when loading the Products and Services page in Autodesk Account.
  • The code change was reverted and the issue was resolved.

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement monitoring improvements to adjust the alert threshold in order to detect and mitigate issues in the future.
