Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a recent deployment that inadvertently created an invalid configuration in the environment.
  • A fix was deployed and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

Identified

We have identified the cause of the issue where customers are unable to access the Specifications Tool in Autodesk Construction Cloud in the US and European Union regions within ACC Specifications.
