Root Cause

  • The trigger was due to the initial execution of a newly released feature that automates the closing of Production Orders.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • The automation that closes Production Orders has been delayed
  • Improvements to automation logic to ensure it will not impact system stability
