On August 07, 2025, at 04:30 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to export Excel reports in BIM 360 Reports and ACC Reports within the European Union region. The issue was resolved on August 07, 2025, at 09:45 AM PDT, and all products returned to normal operation.
