Summary
On December 5, 2025, between 06:11 AM PST and 08:02AM PST, Autodesk experienced an issue with creating hubs that impacted customers using Fusion and Fusion Team.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by an erroneous configuration change made to hub management logic
  • The issue was resolved by reverting the incorrect configuration change

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improve process for review and approval of critical configuration changes
  • Improve monitoring to enable faster detection of this type of issue

Update

We are continuing to investigate an issue where customers are unable to create projects and new hubs in A360 and Fusion Team. We subsequently determined that this issue is also affecting Fusion. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

Update

We are continuing to investigate an issue where customers are unable to create projects and new hubs in A360 and Fusion Team. We previously provided a workaround for creating new hubs in A360 and Fusion Team. This workaround is no longer feasible. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where customers are unable to create new hubs in A360 and Fusion Team. As a workaround, customers can close their browser and create a new account before attempting to create a hub again. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
