Incident Report for Autodesk Health Dashboard

Resolved

On October 13, 2025 at 11:56 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to access BIM 360 Plan. Once the issue was resolved on October 13, 2025 at 12:26 PM PDT, BIM 360 Plan returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
