Summary
On June 10th, 2025, between 11:00 AM PDT and June 11, 2025, at 8:08 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service disruption that impacted customers using the Flow Production Tracking Site Activity Monitor service. Customers were unable to access the activity graphs on the Site Activity Monitor dashboard.

Root Cause

  • The incident was due to an issue with the credentials used to get data for the activity graphs.
  • The issue was resolved by re-enabling the necessary credentials, restoring the functionality of the graphs.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improvements to monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Review and updates to internal procedures to improve incident resolution.
  • Service reliability Improvements to the management of access keys.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where customers are unable to access the widgets on the Site Activity Monitor (SAM) dashboard in FPTR Site Activity Monitor. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
