Root Cause

  • A faulty deployment included features for non-Enterprise Single Sign On users that impacted the login workflow.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Enhancements to the deployment stage with clearly defined rollback procedures to ensure rapid recovery.
  • Establishing internal checks post deployment.
