On May 15, 2025 at 9:45 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced latency when trying to access, review, or finalize submittals in Autodesk Build and BIM 360 Project Management. Once the issue was resolved on May 15, 2025 at 9:49 AM PDT, all products returned to normal operation.
