Root Cause

Users encountered login issues due to timeout errors.
High CPU usage was observed in the project's API membership database which resulted in login issues.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

Analyze and optimize database settings to mitigate issues in the future.
Implement plan to enable PlanGrid customers to authenticate through Autodesk Construction Cloud.

We are continuing to investigate where customers are experiencing intermittent login issues along with being unable to view projects in PlanGrid, PlanGrid Admin Console and Autodesk Build in the US region. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
