On January 30, 2025 at 9:00 PM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced an issue while downloading the files on multiple Autodesk products. Once the issue was resolved on January 30, 2025 at 9:20 PM PST, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
