Summary
On October 10, 2024, between 4:00pm PDT and 7:45pm PDT, Autodesk identified an issue with customers accessing the Parameters Service front end, accessible from the ACC Account Administration Library page within the Revit desktop application. The list of parameters belonging to their account would fail to load and consequently the user interface could not function, impacting customers using the Parameters Service with Revit.
