Impacted Services

  • Customers using Flow Production Tracking were unable to load any media on the Media page, interrupting review and production-tracking workflows.
  • Approximately 20 customers were affected.

Root Cause

  • A recent software change introduced an unexpected behavior affecting the Media page.
  • The issue occurred only under certain configuration conditions

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Enhancements to testing and validation processes to better identify similar issues before release.
  • Improvements to internal deployment safeguards to ensure configuration-specific behavior is fully validated.
