On March 17, 2025, at 06:00 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing latency when viewing gallery and user profile pages in Tinkercad. Once the issue was resolved on March 17, 2025 at 08:40 AM PDT, Tinkercad returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
