On March 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM GMT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing latency when viewing gallery and user profile pages in Tinkercad. Once the issue was resolved on March 17, 2025 at 3:40 PM GMT, Tinkercad returned to normal operation.
