Summary
On April 20, 2026, at 5:01 PM PDT until April 27, 2026, at 11:56 PM PDT, Autodesk customers in the Australia region were unable to download published Revit Cloud Models with linked files from Forma Data Management.

Root Cause

  • A configuration update related to regional routing was incorrectly applied in the Australia region during a planned infrastructure change.
  • The configuration issue caused failures when customers attempted to download published Revit Cloud Models with linked files in the Australia region.
  • We identified the configuration issue and restored service by rolling back the change to the previously stable configuration.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improving review and deployment processes for infrastructure configuration changes.
  • Expanding monitoring and alerting coverage for critical publishing and download workflows.
