Summary
Between September 9, 2025 at 2:06 AM PDT and September 26, 2025 at 9:32 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers using Design Collaboration in the Canada, Germany, Japan, India, and UK regions, where customers were unable to schedule and publish models using the scheduled publishing feature.

Impacted Services

  • BIM Collaborate and BIM Collaborate Pro (Canada, Germany, Japan, India, and UK regions)

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by an update to a gateway service configuration that prevented customers from scheduling and publishing models using the scheduled publishing feature.
  • A fix was applied and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements in testing to detect and mitigate this type of issue from reoccurring in the future.

Resolved

On September 09, 2025 at 02:06 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to schedule and publish models using the scheduled publishing feature in Design Collaboration. Once the issue was resolved on September 26, 2025 at 09:32 AM PDT all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
