Impacted Services

  • Autodesk BIM Collaborate Design Collaboration customers were unable to access the application.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by an internal feature deployment.

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

Resolved

On March 17, 2025 at 03:43 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced latency while loading Autodesk BIM Collaborate in the US and Australia regions. Once the issue was resolved on March 17, 2025 at 06:31 AM PDT, Autodesk BIM Collaborate, returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
