On March 21, 2024 at 12:15 PM PDT Autodesk identified an issue where customers were experiencing intermittent slow loading times and performance issues while using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) services in the US region. Once the issue was resolved at 12:23 PM PDT , Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) services returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
