Summary
On October 29, 2025 between 9:56 AM PDT and 12:45 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that prevented customers from logging into Flow Production Tracking (FPTR).

Impacted Services

  • Flow Production Tracking (FPTR)

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a misconfiguration in the license renewal process that resulted in Flow Production Tracking (FPTR) customers not being able to login.
  • The configuration issue was corrected and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements in alerting processes to detect these types of issues in the future.
