Between October 27, 2025 at 5:21 AM PDT and October 28, 2025 at 3:20 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that caused APS – Data Exchange customers in the US region to experience failures with read operations and updating exchanges.

Root Cause

  • The issue was triggered by maintenance activity by a third-party service provider, temporarily impacting data processing requests.
  • Applications were restarted and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement monitoring and testing improvements for third-party service provider maintenance activities to mitigate the issue from reoccurring in the future.
