On October 16, 2025 at 09:30 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were blocked from creating SSA (Self-Service Account) custom integrations on the ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) Custom Integration page in Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform - Admin Console in Germany and UK regions. Once the issue was resolved on October 16, 2025 at 10:40 AM PDT, Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform - Admin Console returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
