On February 27, 2025 at 03:00 PM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to load Autodesk BIM Collaborate. Once the issue was resolved on February 27, 2025 at 11:00 PM PST, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
