Summary

Between May 13, 2025 at 1:15 PM PDT and May 14, 2025 at 11:42 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that prevented customers from updating their collection name or description using the Autodesk Parameters Service within the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.

Root Cause

The issue was caused by a misconfiguration of an API endpoint called to update collections within the Autodesk Parameters Service.
A fix was deployed and services returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

Implement improvements in testing processes to mitigate the issue in the future.
Implement improvements in error monitoring and alerting processes to help detect and expedite resolution.
