Summary
On November 4, 2025 between 4:52 AM PST and 6:43 AM PST, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted Flow Production Tracking customers using an older version of the desktop application.

Impacted Services

  • Flow Production Tracking (desktop application version 1.9.2)

Root Cause

  • This issue was caused by a recent code update that prevented customers using the Flow Production Tracking desktop version 1.9.2 from logging in.
  • The update was rolled back and service returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements for error reporting to identify and distinguish between false positives and new errors for these types of issues in the future.
