Summary
On May 13, 2025 between 9:00 AM PDT and 11:38 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced an issue that impacted customers creating projects in ACC Admin Console and Autodesk Docs.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a database error, which increased database latency and caused project setup jobs to timeout, extending the duration of project create operations.
  • The error was fixed and services returned to normal operation.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Implement improvements in database error detection and mitigate issues from reoccurring in the future.
