Summary
On April 15, 2024 between 9:10 AM PDT and 11:33 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service
degradation that impacted customers in the US region using Autodesk Build and PlanGrid.

Impacted Services
• Autodesk Build customers in the US region were intermittently unable to create, view,
edit, and sync forms using the Forms tool.
• PlanGrid customers in the US region were intermittently unable to create, view, edit,
and sync forms in the Field Reports tool.

Root Cause
• There was a database performance issue that was caused by automatic background
database maintenance.
• The forms database settings were updated to resolve the issue and mitigate it from
occurring in the future.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be
taken. These include the following:

Implemented improved database review processes to occur more frequently to ensure
database changes do not impact future performance.
