On December 02, 2025 at 04:58 PM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to view their submitted documents in Tradetapp. Once the issue was resolved on December 03, 2025 at 06:56 AM PST, TradeTapp returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
