On January 6, 2025 between 8:18 AM PST and 8:45 AM PST, Autodesk Construction Cloud experienced an issue that impacted customers in the European Union region using the Autodesk Build Meeting Minutes tool.

  • Autodesk Build Meeting Minutes tool in the European Union region.

Root Cause

  • The issue was caused by a server capacity issue that was resolved once requests
    decreased on the server.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Improve the efficacy of resource-intensive processes to optimize server utilization.
  • Enhance our monitoring and alert systems to expedite incident resolution in the future.

Resolved

On January 06, 2025 at 08:18 AM PST, Autodesk identified an issue where customers were unable to create or load meetings in Autodesk Build in the European Union region. Once the issue was resolved on January 06, 2025 at 08:45 AM PST, Autodesk Build returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
