Summary
On January 4, 2026, between 09:03 PM PST and 10:54 PM PST, Autodesk customers using BIM Collaborate Pro in the Germany region experienced a service disruption while accessing models. Requests that required token validation failed at a high rate, resulting in users being unable to access protected BIM 360 APIs and workflows.

  • BIM Collaborate Pro

Root Cause

  • The incident was caused by intermittent network connectivity failures between the authorizer endpoints in the Germany region.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

  • Working with third party service provider to review relevant service improvements
  • Resiliency enhancements to improve handling of requests
