Root Cause

Large indexes on the Search Service
Actions were taken by the product teams to reduce the number of calls to the Search Service decreasing traffic to that endpoint

Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

Split indices to optimize performance
Improvements to caching mechanism
