On May 15, 2025 at 06:31 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where customers experienced latency when trying to access, review, or finalize submittals in Autodesk Build and BIM 360 Project Management. Once the issue was resolved on May 15, 2025 at 6:37 AM PDT, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
